What we believe
Three convictions shape how we build:
1. Modernization doesn't have to mean replacement. Most airlines we meet have a PSS that mostly works. Operations runs on it. Distribution runs on it. Frequent flyers earn on it. The mistake is to assume that improving the retail experience requires ripping out the foundation. It doesn't. AeroSuite is designed to layer on what works.
2. AI is a foundation, not a feature. AI Factory sits under every AeroSuite product because that's the right shape shared engines, shared governance, shared data, shared MLOps. It's also why a regional airline can compete with the big programs on personalization without staffing 50 ML engineers.
3. Disruption is not an upsell moment. When a flight is cancelled, that's the worst moment of a passenger's relationship with your airline. It's not the moment to offer them a hotel package. Care+ rebooks first, communicates next, and does not ever try to sell.

How we work
We ship production code. Our deliverables aren't slides they're working systems running on your PSS within weeks. Most of the team has shipped airline systems before joining Inspire; many came from airlines themselves. We tell airlines what we think they should do, not what they want to hear. We push back on scope, sequence, and architecture when it matters.
