Position Overview
We are in search of dynamic and experienced Technical Leads to join our dedicated team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving our projects to success, utilizing their advanced skills in ASP.Net, MVC, .Net Core, MVVM, C#, SQL, Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Graph, Rest APIs, Microsoft SQL Server, AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure. With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, the Technical Lead will be responsible for shaping our technical direction and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the above-mentioned technologies, at a minimum, to architect, design, and implement secure and innovative technical solutions.
Leadership
- Provide effective technical architecture and leadership to the development team, inspiring excellence and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Project Management
- Oversee project lifecycles, from planning and requirement analysis to deployment, ensuring adherence to documentation, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Code Quality
- Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the implementation of best practices to maintain high-quality, reliable, and secure applications.
Problem Solving
- Identify and address technical challenges, offering creative and effective solutions to ensure project success.
Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, enabling knowledge transfer and ensuring project continuity.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional, hands-on experience and demonstrated expertise in software development.
- Mobile application development using frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Maui.
- Designing and implementing responsive web applications using .Net, C#, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with cross-platform development and responsive design principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue management systems (e.g., Jira) for collaborative development.
- Understanding of mobile and web security best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences.
- Proven track record of leading successful software development projects from inception to delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
